SAP Business Objects 4.3 (https://www.sapanalytics.cloud/businessobjects-a-new-user-experience/) comes with a modified version of BI Launchpad for FIORI. In a Cloud based environment you have to deal with internal and external addresses. But SAP BO is installing by default on the local addresses (private cloud infastructure). In this environment it is not advised to install WACS (Web Application Container Service). If doing so all BI Apps are pointing to the webapps on Tomcat which is the preferred way and also best practices by SAP. Cloud internally this will be running successfully but for public cloud acces e.g. from your desk you need to configure the following BI Services as following
